We are Nicolás, Marisol, Giulietta, Valentino and Francesca — an Argentine family with Italian roots. We have been living in Ancona for 5 years now and we can truly say we feel at home.
We grew up with the stories, traditions and values passed down by our Italian grandparents, and finding so many aspects of our own history here made us feel welcomed from day one.
We missed those small daily gestures that are part of our Argentine identity: sharing a mate, enjoying an alfajor, the smell of facturas on Sunday morning, dulce de leche, endless conversations around a table with friends and family.
We opened this shop to give Argentines living in Le Marche and nearby areas a place to rediscover the flavours of home — and also to introduce those who don't yet know it to Argentine culture through its products, traditions and ways of life.
