Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number. The product must be returned intact within 14 days. Refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
